This ChangeThis manifesto is deep and inspiring. Save this one for when you want to grab a favorite drink, close off the world so it's nice and quiet, kick off your shoes (unless it wouldn't be appropriate where you are), and get lost in the author's words to see how they apply to your company.

The story starts with a family tragedy explaining why the author values purpose in a business and why he wanted to change the world for the better. To do this, he believed he needed to find a purpose worth living for and, possibly, dying for.

While many of us work to make a living, we don't just take any job that comes along and pays right. We take the job because we want to have a purpose and make a difference. The author says the purpose leads to profit. This longer than normal article is easy to get into and worth your time.
